Our success depends on your success! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise purchased on AcuRite.com, return it to us within 90 days for an exchange or refund of your purchase price. We ask only that you return merchandise in its original condition. Our business revolves around you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your merchandise. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise for exchange, replacement, refund or credit, in the amount of the purchase price (shipping costs are excluded). We must receive returned merchandise in its original condition before exchanges can be made. Merchandise returned after 90 days from the date of invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise that is older than 1 year from the invoice date or not in original condition cannot be returned. Please pack your return carefully. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Merchandise that fails under normal operating conditions within the stated warranty period will be replaced or repaired at no charge to the customer.
