This clock was purchased as a replacement for my nightstand alarm clock. The old one worked perfectly for many years - it was just dropped one too many times :) I really like the large numerals and backlighted display (it doesn't stay on; the display lights up only when you press the alarm stop bar, which is conveniently located at the top on the back of the clock). The alarm is easy to set, and the clock is easy to find when the alarm goes off because of its size. Blain's Farm & Fleet had the best online price. I highly recommend this alarm clock.

This unit is easy to set up in just a few minutes. I have it mounted on the included mounting bracket on the outside of an upstairs deck railing in an effort to minimize the effects of radiant heat from the wood. Thus far it appears to be giving accurate temperature readings, but it remains to be seen whether it will have to be relocated during the hotter months. The wind speed is transmitted to the receiver every 18-20 seconds, not continuously, so you might look out the window and see it spinning madly and yet giving a lower than expected reading on the receiver display. However, it also records and displays peak and average wind speed. The unit has a "14-day learning mode," after which time I presume it gives more accurate barometric pressure readings. There is no way to manually establish the initial barometric pressure setting, so how it does this is a mystery to me. A cold front passed through the other day (unit nearing end of learning mode) and it showed a pressure reading of about 29.7 inches, which would be quite low. The atomic clock set itself the first night (does not display seconds). The clear plastic over the display is prone to reflections and many of the read-outs are quite small and difficult to see.

I have mold problems in closets during Spring and Fall. The humidistat helps me monitor and prevent molding with de-humidifier. It also helps me with temp managment during heating season with the woodstove. I have owned one for a number of years and was glad to find them still available. I bought 2 more. Great unit, overall.

I use 2 inside the Egg Incubator. One at the top of the incubator, and one at the bottom. Then I can get an average reading of temperature and humidity. I also have one inside the Hatcher. They are easy to read through the plexiglass doors. Great value too. I recommend them to my friends with Incubators.

Gauging multiple room office temps and humidity levels & effect on stored copy paper. Have been asked by fellow employee where this was purchased, they wanted one for home use.

I bought this product for my child which has become a family item. Saves time when deciding to look for appropriate clothing and avoids unnecessary drama. Only thing I do not like is that there is not a battery life indicator. However, it is not a product that drains batteries quickly. I have only replaced the batteries that came with the package which was 4 months ago.

We love this weather forecaster. It gives us the temperature inside and out and the humidity inside and out. Tracks the date. Just love it! Gave it as a gift to our son and he loves it as well.

More features than I expected. A high quality weather instrument.

We purchased two of these units. They have all the information we need. It's really nice to know what the weather is like before going out the door.

My husband absolutly loves it we bought one for his dad for his birthday. It is right on weather everytime!! Recomend this weather station!!
