Only one problem Review by DaveOhio
Value Works good, and is accurate as compared to my other two brands. Like the big display. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't store the days rainfall amout in memory for 7 or 10 days so that you can review your rain totals over say a week. I have other rain gauges that do this and have to refer to them after a few days of rainy weather to see if the total amount was enough to skip watering the lawn. I would never remember to write down each days total with this one. I guess you could reset the total on this one every week and that would work fine, but the others keep a running memory of the last 10 days so you don't have to do anything except hit the history button. Other than that it seems to be a great unit and I always get great deals in late fall with these things on clearance at Lowes. (Posted on 8/10/12)

Really Good Rain Gauge Review by Mainer
Value I Purchased this rain gauge on 9-10-2010 at the Lowes in Augusta. It works as advertised. I am very happy with it. The one drawback is that some parts are wearing out. The electronics are fine. It is the little box that houses the outside batteries/electronics.that no longer holds the screws tight. Because of the weather in Maine, I bring it in in late fall and put it out again in the spring. I remove the batteries when it is not in use. Putting it outside today, I noticed that the screwed on part of the cover will not seat completely. That I don't like, (Posted on 4/22/12)

Tough and accurate Review by ronpaulmac
Value Oklahoma weather---need I say more? The hottest of hot with humidity and the coldest winter winds on the planet. This unit was a gift from my daughter to her gadget lovin dad. It has been three years and I have not had to change out batteries yet!!!. A tough unit that is durable, accurate and fun for us gadget folk.
I highly recommend this one-----something I don't do often. (Posted on 4/14/12) -
Works great--Tougher than I thought Review by Gary
Value the first one lasted 3 years of brutal weather (super heat/heavy rain/hail/freezes/big dogs, fire ants, spiders, and handsy grandchildren. Outside of all that, the set functioned as advertised without fail for 3 years. the reciever unit finally gave up the ghost a few months ago. I recieved this new unit for christmas and it's going to hopefully have a softer-longer life. (Posted on 1/2/12)

Good Review by Bill
Value Looks a bit Rube-Goldberg but it is quite accurate. Be certain to mount it level in a good place. (Posted on 12/2/11)

Holds Up well Review by fischer57
Value Would totally recommend this rain gauge over several we have tried in the past. Not only does it hold up well but it looks good. Excellent product and the price was just right. (Posted on 8/25/11)
