Excellent device. However I would like a lighter color back-light so that it is easier to view. perhaps a wireless back-light remote control so that I don't need to get up from my seating area to activate the feature. The price is right. (Posted on 2/11/12)

Bought at Costco and setup was easy. Appears to be fairly accurate to include forecast as unit moves past the 14 day learning period. Touch sensitive pad for backlight doesn't always work. Would prefer a manual switch with a power jack for an external power transfer to enable an 'always on' backlight. (Posted on 1/25/12)

The large and small numbers in the upper left hand corner of my unit are incomplete. Numbers are made up of 8 bars available for each number. There are always some of the bars missing in that corner. I took the weather station home, put in the PROVIDED batteries, and watched it immediately show me the inside temperature and quick show the outside temperature. Like how it record the high and low for the day as well as predicting the weather! The ease of setting up the station is SO simple and quick. Love the backlight so I don't have to turn on the lights in the room to see the temp!

Whew! Glad it doesn't come with atomic clock! Have others devices mfg'd before US gov't changed the DST start date in Energy Policy Act of 2005 that took effect 2007. Have several weeks of wrong time with them. But this unit works great as is and has great temperature features! (Posted on 11/19/11)

I agree w/ Squirrel, this would've gotten 5 from me if it used the Fort Collins cesium clock technology, I was disappointed when I realized that (the one it's replacing had the atomic tech). But the rest is great: wall mount, large display, prediction algorithm, etc. The Costco price was right as well. (Posted on 10/29/11)

I love having indoor + outdoor temp and humidity. The barometric pressure and future forecast are just a plus! I would have gladly given this product a 5 star rating had they actually put a an atomic clock in this as opposed to the intelli-time clock! I'm very disappointed they cheap-skated on this aspect. This weather data/info tool gives you really valuable and accurate weather information right where you are. The TV/Radio forecasts are helpful but this narrows the information to your neighborhood and house. Easy to set up and use; large display easy to read at a distance + helpful back light in low light and dark room. I enthusiastically recommend this product; great value for the price. I thought it was broken when I put batteries in. No Display, I was bummed, anyway I decided to check the button cell with a volt-meter, it was dead... thats the only reason I didn't give the product 5 stars. I changed the button cell and it lit right up, it even detected the sensor from a similar product from a different manufacturer, BONUS, Don't hesitate it works great. (Posted on 8/21/11)

This forecaster tells me everything I need to know for the day, the time, date, indoor temp, outdoor temp, and humidity, plus the forecast, which is very accurate. It has touch sensitive buttons which are cool. Set up is easy. All I had to do was hang the sensor (which hangs on a string from pretty much anything) and set the time zone on the display. The rest sets itself. I check it every morning, it's become a part of my daily ritual. Great value & this would make a great gift item. (Posted on 8/5/11)
