The model number is shown online on product pages, printed on the product itself or can be found on the front page of the user manual for the product.

  • Community Forum - The Community Forum is a social community where you can ask questions or troubleshoot problems with AcuRite customer support and other AcuRite customers. You can also submit your own ideas to AcuRite or give feedback and praise.
  • USA-Based Consumer Support - Contact an AcuRite support agent by calling 1-262-729-4852 for general questions, call 1-262-729-4850 for AcuRite software questions, or click on the live chat icon on to chat with an agent. When Live Chat is active the icon will appear near the top of the page.
