AcuRite’s product engineers are tirelessly working behind the scenes to ensure you have the best experience possible. With technology changing faster than a Midwest windstorm, we’re always testing, tinkering, and looking at ways to make our products even better. We recently unveiled new improvements and wanted you to be the first to hear about them.

AcuRite Access Enhancements

AcuRite Access launched early last year as a next generation hub upgrade, allowing you to connect your sensors to My AcuRite for monitoring environmental conditions in and around your home, from anywhere. Access offers improved functionality, compatibility with Amazon Alexa and new My AcuRite compatible sensors, along with enhanced power and storage capabilities. But we didn’t stop there. This month you may notice an uninterrupted upgrade to your Access, with even more updates to the user experience:

  • Increased connectivity to Weather Underground – You can now share your UV index readings from the new AcuRite Atlas weather sensor
  • Seamless data recovery after a power outage – We made a firmware fix to ensure quick recovery of 12 hours of data once you’re reconnected.
  • Overall improved stability

Important announcement on PC Connect for Windows

A software update is now available for PC Connect for Windows 10 / 8.1 / 8 / 7. This update is required to continue connecting your product to My AcuRite after Thursday, February 28, 2019. Click here for instructions on how to update to the latest version.
